Each body is made from medical-grade platinum silicone and cast in precision-engineered molds. After demolding, the bodies are suspended and air-cured to ensure consistent skin softness, structural integrity, and long-term durability.

This stage is crucial to maintaining the high quality Mieshai is known for. Once dried and fully cured, the bodies will move on to the next steps: surface trimming, hand-painted detailing, internal skeleton assembly, and final inspection.
