Silicone / TPE Formulation Testing
Our materials engineering team develops proprietary formulas based on product positioning and performance goals:
Silicone System: We use platinum-cured liquid silicone rubber (LSR), enhanced with nano-grade silica to significantly improve tear resistance and surface durability.
TPE System: A blend of SEBS base material and mineral oil is carefully tuned to achieve a balance between softness (0–10A hardness) and oil release control.
Each material batch undergoes a 72-hour accelerated aging test, simulating five years of usage, to evaluate long-term durability and performance retention.
Skeleton System Development
For our Western-style dolls, we use lightweight alloy skeletons that are both strong and functional:
Joint Design: Integrated stainless steel ball joints allow 360° rotation while maintaining locking strength for stable posing.
Load Testing: Each skeleton must withstand 100kg of static pressure without deformation, ensuring user safety and long-term reliability.
Noise Reduction: Joints are fitted with PTFE (Teflon) pads to eliminate friction noise, delivering a quieter, more realistic experience.
Skin Tone Pigment Calibration
Realistic skin tone is a key aspect of lifelike appearance. Using spectrophotometers, our engineers match real human skin tones with high accuracy. Through 0.1% gradient adjustments in color masterbatches, we achieve over 95% spectral reflectance consistency with actual human skin, enhancing visual realism across all lighting environments.
